Terms & Conditions

1. Entry only open to UK, CI, IoM residents aged 16 or over excluding employees and their families from Fox’s Confectionery, and anyone connected professionally with this promotion.
2. To enter without purchase, and for the same chance of winning in Northern Ireland, please handwrite and send your name and address and sign a piece of paper to confirm that you are 16 or over to: XXX Scorpion Promotion – NPN Entry, PO Box 1679, Bristol BS49 5WS. Only one plain paper entry per stamped mailed envelope. Bulk entries or entries made through trade agents or third parties will not be accepted. Winners will be notified by post within 28 days of receipt of application.
3. Winners will be subject to a verification process.
4. Only official ‘Scorpions’ will be accepted. Those that are damaged, tampered with, defaced, copied or defective in any way will not be accepted.
5. Winning claims and applications must be received by 31.05.11.
6. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
7. The promoter will not be responsible for any claims or entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post. We recommend that the claims are sent by Recorded or Special Delivery.
8. By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
9. A list of prize winners’ names and counties will be available by emailing info@xxxfindascorpion.com after 31.05.11, marked ‘Winners List – XXX scorpion promotion’ in the subject box.
10. The decision of the promoter is final in all matters.
11. There are 5 XXX scorpions to be found within promotional packs. These have been distributed at random under independent supervision into packs available for distribution to the trade and each one is worth £1,000. Winners will each receive a cheque payable to the name given and sent to the address provided by the claimant. Cheques will be despatched within 28 days of receipt of a claim.
12. A minimum of one lucky winning pack per month will be inserted at random into stock available for distribution to the trade across the duration of the promotion.
13. If you do not wish to receive further information from XXX / Fox’s Confectionery, please indicate this when you make your claim / entry.
